Privacy policy

What data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

Last updated: April 2026

This Policy describes how the DeHealth Charitable Foundation (the "Foundation") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of visitors to dehealth.ua. We collect the minimum — only what is needed to fulfill our mission.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is the DeHealth Charitable Foundation, EDRPOU 44564455, registered address: 01135 Kyiv, Zolotoustivska St. 34, apt. 1.

Send privacy inquiries to info@dehealth.ua.

2. Data we collect

Technical visit data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, time of visit. This data does not personally identify you.

Data you provide voluntarily: name, email, subject and body of your message — when you write to info@dehealth.ua.

Donor data: name, email, donation amount and date — when you donate via connected payment systems. We do not store card or payment-instrument details — those are processed by the payment provider.

3. Lawful bases for processing

Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / Art. 11 of the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection) — handling messages, replying to inquiries, processing donations.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — site security and abuse prevention.

Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — financial and tax accounting of donations, statutory reporting.

4. Who has access

Authorized Foundation personnel have access to data strictly to the extent required to perform their duties.

Technical infrastructure (hosting, email service) is provided by vetted service providers under data-processing agreements compliant with GDPR and Ukrainian law.

We never share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention

Visit logs are kept for up to 12 months and are then deleted automatically.

Email correspondence is retained for the time required to resolve the request, plus a reasonable period for audit and legal compliance (typically up to 3 years).

Donor data is retained in line with Ukrainian financial and tax law (typically 7 years from the date of the most recent transaction).

6. Your rights

You have the right to: receive information about the data we hold about you; request correction of inaccuracies; request erasure (subject to legal limitations); restrict processing; data portability; withdraw consent; lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, for EU residents, the national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@dehealth.ua. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies for marketing, behavioral targeting, or cross-site tracking.

The site may use technical cookies essential for basic functionality (for example, to remember your language choice). These cookies do not share data with third parties.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy — for example, when we introduce a new service or when the law changes. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this document.

We will announce material changes on the homepage or via email if we have your address.
