By using dehealth.ua, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree — please do not use the site.
1. About the site and operator
dehealth.ua is the official web resource of the DeHealth Charitable Foundation (EDRPOU 44564455).
The site exists to inform the public, donors, partners, and journalists about the Foundation's activities, projects, and results.
2. Informational nature
Information on the site is for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Before acting on information from the site, please consult a qualified specialist.
3. Accuracy of data
We work to keep the data on the site current, but do not guarantee absolute completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Aid totals, project lists, and reports are updated periodically; for current figures, see the Transparency section or contact us.

The structure of the site, all text, design, photographs, and other materials are the intellectual property of the Foundation or are used with the permission of rights-holders.
Quotation and reposting are permitted with mandatory attribution to dehealth.ua. Commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
5. External links
The site contains links to external resources (partner sites, media, documents). We do not control the content of those resources and are not responsible for their policies, accuracy, or availability.
Following external links is at your own discretion and risk.
6. Acceptable use
By using the site, you agree to: comply with the laws of Ukraine and the country in which you reside; not attempt unauthorized access to servers or data; not use the site to distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
7. Limitation of liability
The Foundation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, except as required by mandatory law.
This limitation does not affect your rights as a consumer under Ukrainian law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms — the new version becomes effective when published on the site. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of this document.
Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be resolved out of court will be brought before the courts with jurisdiction over the Foundation's location.
