Strategic partnership with eZdorovya
On January 31, 2022 — four weeks before the full-scale invasion — the Foundation announced a strategic partnership with eZdorovya, Ukraine's state e-Health system, to strengthen digital medical services and the handling of health data nationwide.

Anna Bon and Denys Tsvaig met with Oleksandr Yemets, then CEO of eZdorovya, to discuss how DeHealth technology could reinforce Ukraine's national e-Health system.
The DeHealth NGO team publicly supported the government's digital medicine initiative and offered the Foundation's technological tools toward improving the quality of life and health of millions of Ukrainians.
This entry matters because it shows that even before the wartime humanitarian work, the Foundation was already publicly positioning around systemic medical infrastructure, eHealth, and health-data work. What later became ArmyHealth System started here.
